This Privacy Policy describes how the CG Privilege Offerings Mobile Application and Backend System ("the Platform") collect, use, store, and protect personal and transactional data of users and authorized backend users.

- Users using the mobile application to view and claim offerings
- Backend users managing offerings, validations, purchases, and reports
- Data processed through CG’s servers integration, manual entry, or bulk upload

- Unit/Department
- Designation
- Mobile number / email ID
- Others
- Activities performed through this App
2.2 Usage & Transaction Data
- Login activity
- Offerings viewed and marked as “Interested”
- Auto-generated unique codes and their validity
- Purchase details (product, quantity, rate, amount, billing number)
- Privilege points earned, redeemed, balance, and value
2.3 Backend User Data
- User ID and role
- Unit access permissions
- Activity logs (creation, edit, validation, uploads)
3. Purpose of Data Collection
- Authenticate users and manage access
- Display unit-wise offerings to users
- Generate and validate unique offering codes
- Track purchases and calculate privilege points
- Maintain transaction history and audit trails
- Generate reports and analytics
- Send notifications related to offerings, expiry, and points
- Send messages or calls to provide best experiences through our platform
4. Data Source
- CG’s servers via API integration
- Manual or bulk upload by authorized backend users
- Data inputs from users
- User’s actions within the mobile application
5. Data Storage & Retention
- Data is securely stored in the backend database
- Transactional and audit data will be retained as per CG’s policies
- Expired offerings and codes remain in history for audit and reporting
6. Data Access & Role-Based Control
- Access is strictly role-based
- Users can only view their own profile, offers, transactions, and points
- Using the application with someone else account and credentials is prohibited
7. Data Security Measures
- Secure authentication for mobile and backend users
- Role-based authorization
- Encrypted data transmission (where applicable)
- Audit logs for all critical activities
- Regular data backup and recovery mechanisms
8. Data Sharing & Disclosure
- Data is not shared with external parties except:
- Internal units for operational purposes
- Authorized auditors or statutory authorities, if required by law
- User data can be used for marketing purposes and can be shared by third parties for sending SMS or marketing-related calls or transaction notifications
9. Notifications & Communication
- In-app notifications are used for offering updates, expiry alerts, and point changes
- SMS/email/Call notifications are optional and enabled only with organizational approval and policies
10. User Rights
- View their personal data and transaction history
- Raise correction requests for incorrect data through designated support channels
11. Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updated versions will be communicated through the platform.
12. Limitation of Liability & Good Faith Use
The Platform is provided and operated in good faith for user benefit purposes, and while CG takes reasonable measures to ensure data accuracy, security, and availability, CG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential claims arising from system usage, data delays, or dependency on information displayed, except where mandated by organization policies. CG bears all rights reserved for discontinuing the offering are subject to approval by backend team in order to avail any discounts or facilities which might be active or deactivated in the application. Inclusion terms & conditions listed in each offering can be different and user provides consent agreeing the same by using this application.
